We are pleased to announce the first release of Virtuous Infinity.
This ROM is the first ever which brings the full Sense 4 experience to your favorite WVGA device.
Thanks to great effort of our M10 team (including Cypis, Diamondback and Flemmard) we finally cracked the new m10 format to bring you the lastest HTC software!

It is based on the 1.11.401.110 release RUU of VilleC2. We would like to give special thanks to Football for the RUU.

This build currently is a X-Series release, however, it is suitable for use as a daily driver if you can live with a few minor bugs.
We hope to have the ROM feature complete as soon possible. Check bellow for a full list of what is working and what is not.

Infinity is the result of a collaborative, team effort by the following developers:

Important Notes
  • You must complete a full wipe prior to installing this ROM the first time. We also recommend wiping between upgrades, but you are welcome to try upgrading without a wipe. However, no support will be provided if you file a bug without having wiped prior to submission.

  • Rosie: Folder isn't perfectly resized in landscape
  • Rosie: Mail widget is force closing
  • Weather: Weather animation in landscape mode broken
  • Weather :Full screen weather animation broken
  • Camera: Not all effects are working

Desire HD (ace), Desire Z (vision), Inspire 4G
  • When phone goes into sleep you need to make a long press of the power button to wake it up
  • Mic doesn't work in some apps like Voice Search, Soundhound, ...
  • Camera isn't working on some phones
  • Camcorder only works with disabling sound in the video settings
  • Inspire 4G: Touch screen inverted

Desire S (saga)
  • WiFi hotspot isn't working
  • WiFi doesn't activate from hibernate mode

Incredible S (vivo)
  • WiFi hotspot isn't working
  • WiFi doesn't activate from hibernate mode
  • Camera doesn't work with 8Mpx (needs to activate 5Mpx in the camera settings)

myTouch 4G (glacier)
  • Camera isn't working
  • WiFi hotspot isn't working
  • USB tethering isn't working

myTouch 4G Slide (doubleshot)
  • WiFi hotspot isn't reporting connected users (needs to deactivate shutdown timeout)

Incredible 2 (vivow)
  • Isn't booting atm. We are investing it.

Been testing the rom from a full wipe.

Pretty slugish and stuttery also the camera does not work at all for me on my desire HD when you try to open it, it does nothing.

also google new voice commands do not work, all i see is a spinning circle and thats it never goes away unless i press back key.

animation in videos and clock and weather ect are stuttering like hell.

those are just what i have found so far of the 5 minutes i have had use of it, will test some more tomorrow.

The touch screen is reversed lol, to unlock it at the beginning you have to swipe from notification bar down

Wow. Touch screen is off. Couldn't even get into the phone. But I rebooted and reinstalled my other rom. Excitement lead on by disappointment.

    It's time to say "Hello" to all of you. Sorry for being such a long time away from here but my work kept me completly busy and I hadn't even time to come here and follow the thread. Thanks to all of you asking me per PM if I'm still ok. Yes. And I will hopefully come back with an update of the rom too.

    Some of my twitter follower already realized that I have a new phone. But you can be sure that I will still develop for the DHD and the other msm7x devices in the future. And to be honest: I hadn't even time to use my new "baby" and I'm still using the DHD as my daily driver.

    We (cypis and me) already started to work on some new stuff and the first project will be porting the 4.1 Rosie to Infinity. We already made some good progress but it's still a long way because we started to redo everything from ground.

    So hope to have better news in form of an update to all of you soon.
