CWR Installation:
***I'm using a 400M System and 5M Cache Partition For this rom*** (EU 180M System & 5M Cache)
1.Download the rom zip and put in the root of you sdcard
2.Boot into Clockwork Recovery do a Nandroid Backup then wipe data/factory reset
3.Scroll down and select install zip from sdcard then choose the zip from sdcard
4.Reboot after install is complete

How To Change The Lock Screen Picture

Lock Screen Picture Mod

This is a mod to change the lock screen wallpaper. Most of you already know, the HD roms do not come implemented with this so a little work was done to do this. The hard work has been done for you, so...all you have to do is swap out the picture! :D

Required Tools
1.WinRAR
2.Any kind of Photoshop
3.The Picture to be used as wallpaper

Instrutions
1.Download the HtcLockScreen.apk from HERE Or Pull from my Rom
2.Right Click on the HtcLockScreen.apk and select open with... WinRAR Do Not EXTRACT
3.Go to res/drawable-hdpi and you will see a .png file named lockscreen_topedge.png This is the lock screen wallpaper
4.Get the wallpaper you want to add and make sure its 480x788 pixels
5.Once you have created you wallpaper save it as lockscreen_topedge.png
6.Go back to WinRAR (Which should be still open) and drag your wallpaper into WinRAR.
7.A box will come up ( Archive name and parameters) Do NOT Click On Any Settings, just click OK
8.Once thats done you can double click on the lockscreen_topedge.png in WinRAR to see if your wallpaper was injected in the apk. If not, TRY AGAIN
9.If all went well just close WinRAR and push the HtcLockScreen.apk to system/app (For CLK and MAGLDR) Or sd-ext/sys-parts/app (For MAGLDR EU)
10. Reboot and your Done!

Note: You can do this before you install the Rom to your Phone also.
Note 2: Or you can create an update zip and flash through recovery.(Advanced Users)

If someone is up to the challenge and do it correctly... You can create a couple of these with different wallpapers and put them in CWR zips and I can post them here Or link your post to here, Good Luck

Bad Flash?

Getting stuck on white screen after installing.. Using clockwork.. Could this just be a bad flash? Any ideas?

Edit-- Just tried from scratch again-White screen stuck- HELP PLS!

Forgive my noobage but im not sure.. ive only flashed your Roms since crossing over from WM. I never messed with the partions. How can i check to b sure? How can i correct if wrong? Again i apologize for my lack of know how with this

Please copy and paste here text from file flash.cfg from directory you run daf.exe...
We will know your partition layout...

    Feedback about A2SD:
    for me it worked since 1.0 (obviously I'm on EU).
    I have a lot of big apps installed and (according to titanium backup)
    internal -> 257MB (205 MB free)
    SD card (a2sd) -> 1.04 GB (643 MB free)

    BTW, I created 2 CWR zip for EU HD2 and TMOUS HD2, one with battery with % and notification icons, the other one with the fonts (you can see a preview in the attached image)

    Please report me any issue (actually, the only issue could be "nothing changes")

    IMPORTANT:
    due to change in EU v1.2, the zip "Icons_and_battery_for_EU.zip" does not work anymore. The pack "Icons_and_battery_for_EU.zip" still works.
    Summarizing:
    EU v1.0 + v1.1 should use "Icons_and_battery_for_EU.zip" and "Fonts_for_EU.zip"
    EU v1.2 should use "Icons_and_battery_for_TMOUS.zip" and "Fonts_for_EU.zip"
    TMOUS no changes

    ADDED:
    merged Icons, battery with % and PowerWidget by frankinstine (for TMOUS and EU >= v1.2)

    Update: Ok I got Root explorer. Moved the file. Now lock screen shows what ever I select as my wallpaper. Also the lock screen changed to the style where it slides left to right instead of the other style lock you have in your rom(slide down style). Not too much of a big deal to me. But I'm not sure if that was the correct result. lol. Either way its all good. Now whenever I select a new wallpaper, that will be my lockscreen pic also. Thanks for your help and genius Frank.. Donation coming soo bro!

    Mine did the same thing. After lots of playing aroud with it I found a solution that worked for me. I used root explorer and long pressed on the lockscreen apk and selected permissions. I then checked every item on the permissions list, closed root explorer and restarted and that did the trick for me. Hope that helps.
