This post has been removed because I don't have time to update the contents and support people on this site as well as my own. If you need to revert back to stock and you need these files they are available at my website where I keep the files updated and try to support people.

Thanks zerofeel, it worked perfectly. I did it with widows 7 x64 and it took about 3mins for the nvflash and about 2mins for first boot. I was back to 3.1/US total stock in just under 5mins

Plus side of forcing registration is the ability to sell advertising on you site if it has a high number of registered users.
Negative side is the liability incurred should the database be hacked and stolen.
