Welcome to D4RK MIUI

UPDATE

As my phone contract is coming to an end I will be getting a new phone very soon. As I will no longer have an HD2 I will no longer be updating this rom.

I have included a link to download the theme as I know some you want to use this theme with other roms. See the download links below.

Thanks for all the support from the people who have used D4RK MIUI.

This ROM is built on the 1.8.12 MIUI ROM

FEATURES

Android Version: 2.3.5
Kernel: tytung r10
Darktremor Apps2SD+
GPS Libraries 2.0 NMEA
Tweaked gps.conf to auto download GPS1 XTRA data
SD Card Speed Fix (read ahead set at 2048MB)
Ad Free Hosts File
D4RK Theme (Icons from Project Vexillum icon set)
Black & Blue Keyboard to Match Theme
Modded build.prop (all market apps should be available)
D4RK Themed 12Hr Digital Clock with UK date format (DD/MM)
D4RK Themed Flip Clock with UK date format (DD/MM)
Skip track via volume press
Lightweight, Fast & Stable

Apps Added
Note: These are copied to sd-ext partition on first boot so they don't take up internal storage and can be updated / uninstalled
Adobe Reader
Adobe Flash Player
AnyCut
A2SD GUI (use this to move Dalvik Cache to sd-ext)
OI Countdown
Maps
Street View
YouTube
Spare Parts
Volume Control+
Extra Widgets (clocks, weather, calender etc)

Apps Removed
App Share
MIUIStats
SuperMarket

What's Working / Not Working
Everything's working well!
There are some minor text colour bugs in the theme.

How To Flash

Use a 150MB partition layout with 45MB Cache
I highly recommend using ksubedi's HD2 NAND Toolkit found here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1090783
If you need more detailed installation instructions then search the forum!

IMPORTANT!!!

Use a 150MB partition layout with 45MB Cache
After the ROM has loaded for the first time - REBOOT!!!
When the theme is set on first boot, it doesn't always apply correctly. Re-applying the theme will fix this issue.

If you want a cLK version, flash this cLK update package from JW:
JW's cLK update package
PLEASE NOTE: I do not support this and have not tested it. Use at your own risk. I will always recommend MAGLDR over cLK.

Please could someone confirm this?
I tried to test it and could connect to the hotspot but was unable to browse the net.
It could have just been poor signal though.

Let me know if any of you have any luck with this.

Thanks

Nice work,man
But what do you exactly mean with Lockscreen Widget ? Something like WidgetLocker or just the new MIUI Lockscreens?

This is just a widget you can add to your home screen which turns off and locks the screen when pressed.
It's to save wear and tear on the power key.
