  • What's the actual version?
    Quote:

In the second part of the thread's name you can find both the numeric version and the code-version. The former is expressed in this way: branch.version[.subversion]. Usually a subversion consists of a bugfix release. The latter is expressed in this way: AABC[D], where AA is the Android version on which the firmware is based (for example HC or IC), B is the hexadecimal value of the branch, C is the hexadecimal value of the version and D is the hexadecimal value of the subversion.

Very cool, can you elaborate on the difference between clemsyn's rom and this? From this description it sounds like you switched kernels and buttons... can you elaborate? Theming tweaks, changelogs, etc?

EDIT: Thanks! For some reason Clemsyn's kernel was giving me reboots, this was helpful for trying the new setup. Cheers!

Agreed. Looks like you didn't do much work to the ROM but took several components from different ROMs and merged them all together. You definitely gave them credit for their work but ehh :\ don't see much individualism coming from your own aside from deoxing.. at least from this very first version.

I don't think the other 8.4.4.11 releases are fully deodexed yet.

Well it's deodexed. That is more than Magnu does. I'll be willing to try this out. Thanks for putting this up to try. I hope you keep at it the more the merrier.

AND HE IS NOT ASKING FOR DONATIONS yet, he HAS done some work, so let's see what he does

You could do that on clems ROM if you want. Just snatch bootanimation.zip from /system/media/ and move it over.
