this problem comes in WhatsApp specially. so i have programmed myself that wherever i use TouchPal in WhatsApp i first insert a space.

I'm not getting double-posts, but when tapping, it often enters the first letter and immediately inserts a space. I'm about to try v5 from the other thread and hope I don't see the same thing there.

I have a little problem with touchpal,

as you see in the pic TouchPal posted, there is a second function for each letter
longpress Q for 1, or A for ( , or M for &
and so on

That happens with "curve" enabled--just a bug. Disable curve and the secondary symbols show.

I think so, I've just dealt with it because curve is so sweet. Quite annoying, though.

EDIT: so I installed the v5_hotfix. The secondary characters appear on the keys with curve enabled now (though the intro is in Chinese, and the options are a bit different--when you enable curve it will download a module.) If you want to check it out yourself:

One thing that I would love would be a Smiley-bottom, where you can type in your own custom smileys, like the ones that YOU uses the most! HTC_IME mod have this feature, and if this keyboard have this, I will defiantly move!
