News to me. I got it when it was free for a day on Amazon. Still works too.

I tried it and SlideIT recently but keep coming back to TouchPal but even that's just a stopgap until I get my USB On The Go cable. I have a mini keyboard, iMac style, just waiting to be my phone's keyboard. (Don't laugh, it was the cheapest Newegg had, $15 shipped.)

This keyboard is really good. Great improvements since the first versions. Good dictionary, English and Portuguese and Swype is very good.

I only suggest two improvements:

1- some words get auto capitalized in the middle of there sentence, not sure if dictionary problem or auto capitalization problem. (This happens most in Portuguese)

2- possibility to use 2 languages at once. I need to keep switching back and forth between English and Portuguese.

This is probably the best keyboard in play store.

If you search for Touchpal V5.1.7 it has bi-lingual input, and you can enter both at once

loving this keyboard, the only small annoyance I have is that the "curve" doesn't work in the android browser url bar. I type my google search terms into there (rarely do I type actual URLs in the URL bar).
I get why curve is disabled there but would be nice to have a setting to enable it for those that want it

Anyway, love it, much better than swype IMO and some nice looking skins available (for some reason swype refuse to make any nice skins and get nasty when people try to skin it themselves)

I just installed this about 3 hours ago. And have to say that I am loving it so far. No problems yet. Running Galaxy SII Skyrocket. With Wizz Jelly Bean Rom. From Seanzscreams. Its wonderful. Super smooth and no lag. Puts swipe to shame. They wish that their app was as capable as this is. I have been so annoyed by swipe. I used it for awhile and had to go back to stock. This Keyboard rocks!! At the moment I don't believe that there is anything to change. Will keep everyone posted on how this continues to run on my device. Thanks for this wonderful app.

Keymonk is better if you're not cheap(there is a free version with less features for the cheapo)and without the ridiculously invasive permissions.

There is a fix for Swype working in URL. As that problem doesn't exist in the beta for version 5.

thank you I had a build of 5 installed and it said there were no updates (can't remember where I got it from) but now I've signed up for the beta and downloaded their apk it is a later build and hooray curve does indeed work in the url bar.

I am excited to see what it's like when the beta is over and it's on the market. It's pretty good now.
