..::;;UPDATE;;::..
CorteX2 v0.8.2 will be the last update the Droid X2 will see on Froyo.

p.s. Whos excited to see Google aqcuired Motorola Mobility. Hopefullly they do away with blur. I can just see the first phone to come after the whole thing is over, the "Droid Nexus" unmatched build qaulity along with unmatched software. Dream come true.

OK so first things first. This was a ROM I was
orginally building for the Droid X. When I dropped that
in water, my insurance sent a Droid X2. Developement
began that day. I give credit to those who deserve it, you
know who you are. I added my own minor twists and flavors
to the build. I also am in the stages of making this a "full" on
AOSP ROM.
Plenty of noteworthy changes are listed below. And without
any further delay,I present you ---

Very nice work, with a very promising dev. I like the changes, and they seem to be your work as well. This is definitely the most tweaked (for the better IMO) ROM available for this phone.

I would be trying this out (but like all the others, waiting on a 2.3.3 update). I feel like it would be hard to go back, as I love 2.3.3 so much. Sorry to be a downer though.

Good work

Bug
When the battery dies on your phone, it will be in a soft brick state.

Solution:
Boot into standard recovery (Hold Vol. Down while power up. When text pops up, hit Vol. Down until Android Recovery pops up. Press Up. Once in recovery press Vol. Up & Down to pop up menu.)
Select Reboot Now.
Droid X2 is unbricked.
