My first rom , I didn't do nothing but twisted some roms together from "fguy","Vache" and GamezR2EZ so the thanks goes to the real hero's , and that is not me.
I'm a noob at this so don't think I now anything of Linux or android or programming , just a little C# , so support I don't think so.
Reason why I put this rom together is because for some reason other roms always got something I didn't like .
If you don't like it , well that is fine by me , If you like it and it serves you well , just hit the thanks and I'm a happy man.

ONLY for Wifi only Tablet = A500 and Packard Bell LibertyTab.
My brother got it running on his A500 32GB and me on my Packard Bell 16 GB. I got real fast GPS lock on and no issues with wifi , I live in europe so I cannot tell what it is going to be in the states or in the east.

This is what the rom is : Flashing this rom I recommend doing a full wipe , system/data , cache , dalvik
HC3.2 -7.006.03 based. (fguy-GamezR2EZ-vache) CFBench overall Score with thor3.5 kernel= 8540 [email protected] I tested this with Thor kernel 3.5 (stock) , New Thor 3.6 and 3.7 kernel (stock) is working supurb with this rom. http://www.tegraowners.com/?cat=6

Rooted , busybox , drivemount , SU3.0 , deodexed , CWM , new bootanim.

if someone want's this rom with some more apps like acer stuff or some apps removed like the games , just let me know and I will give it a try

REMOVED .apk's:
AcerAbout
AcerClockWidget
AcerNidus
AcerOneTimeInit

Added .apk's:

MORE INFO:
Config file of GPS with patch from "crypted" is installed with flash and is worldwide patch.
BuildProp. is edited with ro.carrier=wifi-only so the simcard messages won't pop-up (if you install a custom kernel that also works for the A501)
Drivemount and busybox is installed on flash , so is Superuser3.0

ROM is put together with "fguy" A500 7.006.03 as base.
It contains parts of "Vache" Taboonay2.1 (.apk's and gps config) and GamezR2EZ 7.006.01 GEN2 rom.and williamfold

SO A BIG THANKS FOR THOSE GUY'S , I only fooled around.

Download link(first release , talk apk. not working , and gps issue when flashing custom kernel)

So when flashing this on, clearing the data is cool, but do not wipe cache?

If you flash the ROM do a full wipe , all things , data , cache and dalvik.
With the stock kernel I never had problems with GPS.

If you flash a custom kernel don't wipe cache and dalvik. (for gps problems.)

ps: my wife is using it all evening , surfing the web , watching movies on the web , and other stuff and no crash or issues and this with THOR 3.5 kernel.
Overclocked to 1544MHz . So for now I'm happy.

Any chance i could get you to install Skype and see if the video works with the thor kernal? They updated, and Richardtripp's Kernal was not working with the next to stock 3.2, thus why im making the changes i am now.

Thats actually the test results showing. When on Richardtripps the enable video settings would not show in the Skype app, when on yours with stock kernal it comes up fine. Richardtripp and Thor will have to update their kernals to allow video on Skype.

Confirm, I updated my Skype with the marked and video is working, if I go in settings of Skype I can select video settings.
Skype version 2.5.0.108
This is with custom kernel Thor 3.5 (stock) .

Yes, I understand, but I don't want to use Thor's kernel, so I'm asking if it works with the stock kernel that the ROM comes with?
