Just picked up this one of eBay only £2.90 will wait to see what it is like.

I did receive the Case mate tough case for the XL, as when i went to put it on, it wouldn't fit, none of the buttons would match, and none of the ports would match either, sending it back today.

I do hope they sent me the wrong one, but on the box it did say it was for the Sensation XL ???

I used one of those s line cases with a Sensation and Evo 3D which i had from work. They're indeed cheap and do the job perfectly. The one for the Evo 3D had a weird little bump in it, which turned out to be a bit of red silicon from another case that had got stuick in the press.

It got moulded inside the black silicon of the case i had bought. no major issue, and was fine once i'd cut it out, tiny little hole, but that was just me.

but hey, for less than £3, it's not exactly a hardship if it's not perfect, now is it?

Just had mine delivered, fits really well, for £2.50 you cannot go wrong, i spend at least £20-£30 on a case for my Sensation, but from now on i will but these cases.

It does the job very well indeed.

What I really like about the Nillkin TPU case:
+ Its very nice to hold due to the texture on the sides
+ Its easy to slip in and out of your pocket, yet its still pretty flexible
+ The cutouts are perfect
+ No problem using the keys, they still *click* on press
+ The part thats slips around the bezel of the phone is quite thin (compared to other tpu cases), keeping the phone itself, when layed out face down, protected against sand etc. but doesn't add unnecessary bulk.

I guess TPU cases get better as they go as this one is the best Ive used so far :)
Hop this helps someone

I ordered one last week, always handy to have a spare case.

Just have to wait for delivery.

Sounds nice mate ;) Does the thickness be increase too much? I would like to try one but I'm really worried about the thickness of the case

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/110763559580

Only £1.85, cheap and cheerful gel case. Does the job.

Does it have any texture on this case? And same question about the thickness ;)

Nah, no texture on this one. Is smooth. still fairly grippy though, i find all these silicone/tpu ones are fairly grippy.

as for the thickness, it's about 1 - 1.5mm thick. pretty much the same as all these cases are. yeah, it adds a couple of mm, but nothing major.

I've got this case, £3 with the postage, couldn't be better.
And it's a pretty good quality case too.
The phone looks pretty good in it, and it's much easier to grip the phone now. Much more comfortable to hold.
You get a screen protector with it aswell, although, I'd buy some other one, as I did, because the one they give you is rather bad quality.

Just received my NILLKIN TPU CASE, and i must admit for the money very nice indeed.

Holes are all in the right position, and it feels very grippy, i cannot see it slipping out of my hand at all.

Hi,

just received this case : http://cgi.ebay.fr/Hard-Cover-Case-...PDAs_Etuis_housses_coques&hash=item35b8306dda

(but not from this vendor, got it cheaper from hong kong, but longer to receive it...)

The case is great for the price. Very low-keyed, and quite good-looking.

Now i have to find a good screen protector, but this is more complex i think :(
But this case gives a good result for the price.

Ciao
Fred

Edit : found the good link.... for the price, great piece of case.

Excellent - HTC Sensation XL Shell

Long time lurker here. I recently bought this shell. It's a satin-finish plastic. (At least I think it's plastic.) It provides better grip, looks good, and is very slim but offers no drop protection, especially on the corners. It goes well with the XL's styling. Just thought I'd put up some pics since I didn't see one like it here.
