on my desktop, a debian configuration: firefox, config'd with tweaks and a few righteous add-ons. Sometimes I use ug-chromium - I am ne'er impeded on the web, my experience is excellent. That said - the web is a cesspool.

on my phone, lineageos: firefox focus sometimes, bromite sometimes. Whichever I restore. Bromite system webview is installed.

on iphone 11: firefox focus

I can't be much more precise without knowing what platform you are on. Click the V icon,, click settings, then search or search engine. You can also select the search engine in the search box - enter g space search parameters for google. The other search engine abbreviations are listed on the search options page.

On windows i personally prefer Chrome and Firefox, i loved Brave Browser but didn't sync correctly with my code and i lost my history and other things

On android i actually use Bromite, it's chromium based like brave but with less things to having to configure, also i like Via Browser and sometimes Brave Browser

I use Firefox on both my PCs and my phone. Used to use Chromium Edge, that was fine but I preferred Firefox.

I know it's the wrong answer, but I use Firefox, with a whole bunch of add-ons too.
Works well for me. I also have Chromium, but rarely use it.
