Hi!
this is an old one from the Arc forum but I´ve just discovered it: Disable "HOME" button waking up the Neo.

Quote:

- root your phone
- open root explorer and go to /system/usr/keylayout
- mount as R/W
- open pm8058-keypad.kl in text editor
- go to the line KEY 102 HOME WAKE_DROPPED
- delete the text WAKE_DROPPED
- save & exit and reboot
