There is an Hared-Error saying "set start of RAM". If I'm changing the default.txt and add "set RAMADDR 0x100000" (thats what I found via Google), Hared is crashing the next time I'm trying.

I guess those "0x100000whatever" where meant for some other phone, not for Polaris/Touch Cruise.

Does anyone know what to fill in to set the RAM correctly?
Or can anyone tell me right from the beginning how to install Android on this system?
