I'd like a feedback about some software issues I've been having since the first time I updated my eu.FR razr to eu.EU.

First, messaging subsystem started not to sending ACK response to SMSC. In easy words, it doesn't confirm a sms has been received so I continue receiving dozens of duplicates.
Vodafone customer care suggested to put my SIM into another phone to reset SMSC... I did it more than once, and the problem persists.
Using a Nexus S (ICS4.0.3) this issue is not present.
