001 test: works fine no reboots in games and noticed the device stayed cooler (processer by camera) to the touch.
002 test: working fine so far no reboots yet

i have been getting feedback for my kernels for Xperia X10, ARC, PLAY, NEO, MINI, MINI PRO, RAY; Samsung Galaxy SL; Huawei Ideos X6; Kindle Fire; HTC JetStream, Flyer and now Xperia S and this is the FIRST time i have heard of any such speculation...
my kernel wont cause a "factory reset"....

added another test kernel #9008 with only OC to 1890Mhz without any cpu feq fixes... its a derivative of the problematic #9003
please test it out...
