This is what HTC should've done with this phone. Its an optimized stock rom, from the inital setup you'll notice the difference. It is based off latest OTA so those with S-ON running stock you won't need to run the boot.img through fastboot.

Features:
Ext 4
Fully Optimized and Tweaked
Zipalign On Boot
Native Screen Capture
Beats Audio and Bravia Engine
Unlocked More Settings In Browser
All Apps Updated
Depinked Apps In App Drawer

Thanks to aamikam, strapped365, blue6IX and everyone else who helped in beta testing and if I forgot to mention you then please send me a PM and I'll put you up here. This would've been posted earlier but been busy then had to update to latest OTA, so check it out!

you flash it through cwm...then flash the boot.img (kernel) through fastboot with "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
