Someone pointed out my mistake and I guess I missed the part where TWRP says not to use GooManager because of an ICS/JB version mismatch.
Also, I forgot to mention that I can't get to fastboot the conventional way via the power and volume keys, because it wants to boot immediately from the recovery (that I flashed wrong) so it never gives me the icons to choose. The only way I can get to fastboot is with the reset button hole and volume up at the same time. I am thinking this is why fastboot wont work correctly is that it is not selcted from that menu, but I can't get to the menu because of the boot to recovery flag. I am going to call Asus and see what they can tell me to do, or maybe have it sent in. I have unlocked it so I will ask if I can just pay to send it in a reset it or what.
Thanks guys but I think I messed myself up pretty good on this one.

Ok no problem, and come back with your new tf

"Fail" Message every time I try to flash a zip
So I'm flashing a bunch kernels and all was just fine, and next thing I know no matter what I try I get this error message, and it won't flash. Everything else on TWRP seems to be fine, I've tried to Install via the ADB / Terminal method and it seemed to go fine it goes into TWRP fine but still does the same thing. Does anyone have any ideas? I was thinking maybe getting a different version of TWRP and ADB'ing it then re-install the lastest, but I'm at kind of a loss.

Either you have a bad download or my signature verification is off. Try a redownload first.

Do you have verification turned on?

Awesome update. It appears I can now read / write to the external SD card.

Yea now keep in mind that if you backup to the external SD, the backup time will take 5x longer even with a class 10, but it worked just fine. Great job.
