Yea now keep in mind that if you backup to the external SD, the backup time will take 5x longer even with a class 10, but it worked just fine. Great job.

Which file I have to install blob or img ??? I'm currently using TWRP 2.3.3.0. I installed it via fastboot, blob file. JB bootloader. Please help!

If you want to update your recovery, it's file img
This file : openrecovery-twrp-2.4.0.0-tf300t-JB.img => if you're on JB
or
openrecovery-twrp-2.4.0.0-tf300t-ICS.img => if you're on ICS

I am on the AOKP 4.2 build. Should I flash 3.4.4.0 through fastboot, or using GooManager app?

Maybe its just the rom but I just flash a rom and now it has been pass ten minutes flashing is this a know problem... never had this problem before this new update..

For the TF300T, it's 2.4.0.0 version not 3.4.4.0
And you can use fastboot without problem, I prefer using this process

I think it's a bad download.
Restore your old rom and re-download your new version

To update all I did was :

(1) rename file --- openrecovery-twrp-2.4.1.0-tf300tg-JB.blob ----
rename to : twrp.blob

(2) placed at the root of the SDCARD

(3) Opened terminal emulator

(4) Typed:
su

dd if=/sdcard/twrp.blob of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p4

Then rebooted tablet

+1 I have found this the easiest way to upgrade your version of twrp.
