Sbf help/problems

So about 2 weeks ago i tried sbfing to 2.3.4 on a windows 7 laptop. I got failed boot 4 entering rsd. It for some reason booted fully once (after like 8 fails). Im going to do it again on my windows xp 32 bit computer. Would that help? Was i doing anything wrong. And can i please have a 2.3.4 sbf file link?

Thanks. I read up on that. last time i did it i forgot to reboot my computer. And i extracted it wrong.
