Hi Guys this is completely stock rom i extracted the ftf file and made it into zip and added root.

Is this safe for unlocked bootloader? Will I loose my data? What about the kernel?

Info like contacts,SMS, accounts get deleted. Apps remain intact.
Ulbl is safe until you flash something wrong.

This will not delete anything it will only format system partition so data will stay as it is.
