i really looked everywhere... since i broke mine too a couple of months ago

no way to find this thing.. its just impossible

yes, i found on ebay not working device for parts. Initially could not find, because different names on other markets - in USA it named Impulse 4g, not Ideos u8800

result - internal power button cable ribbon from Impulse 4g is not the same in u8800 very sad. this ribbon is in the mirrored, where led flash and power button wire routing.

If anyone is interested I bought one at Chinagadgetland and it worked just fine.
