Great to see you check in! Thanks for everything , This rom makes JB very nice on this device. I think many people have forgotten how bad stk JB was on the I717.I have had hardly any issues after initial setup and kernel adjustments. :D Two things I Hope you do get to look at for future revs.One is MHL. Currently the video output is outstanding but there is no sound....This is not usual, most custom roms the video is all wonky, so I am hoping it is just some minor adjustment. The other would be BLN. That seems to be the most asked question I get about the rom." Does it have BLN?" Anyway....Really this rom rocks, I keep saying I am going back to xyz rom but I can never leave this one off. Really hope some of the almost 500,000 viewers of this thread have made a donation. Thanks again.................

I agree about the mhl. That would be a lovely fix, however in the meantime I just run sound out my headphone jack. Though it really sets this ROM apart that the video works so well.

Has anyone else had an issue when listening to Bluetooth the phone slows down to a crawl or is it just me.....

I actually listen to a lot of music over bluetooth.....well, it's a mix lol...it's either music, or one of my weird hobbies,...downloading supreme court case argument mp3's...lol...I bet I listen to those more than music, but in any case, I listen over bluetooth often and no issues and when I say "often" I'm saying sometimes over 1.5 hours at a time

and super fast music paired up with lyrics reciting the inadequacies of general society and short comings of our government seems to lower my heart rate and create an air of breathe similar to that of the most cleansing bowel movement one could have.

I don't know about you, but im feeling kind of like we are Paul McCartney & Micheal Jackson singing Ebony & Ivory. I get to be ebony, only without the pending child molestation cases though.

I'd do you guys right if I made it there for reals

I read a thing once...if the govt gave everyone over 55 a million dollars to retire with the stipulation they either had to pay off their house, or buy one, and buy a new car, it'd fix the housing market, the auto industry and the job markets lol

now if someone could just find out how many people over 55 are working we'd know what the cost to fix everything was...but I bet it'd be less than what they're spending to continue ruining things lol

And how would you fix all those issues? You would have to bring down the minimum wage and sky rocket taxes.

    Instructions

    TWRP RECOVERY RECOMMENDED

    ALWAYS FULL WIPE! Please Dont ask if you can Dirty Flash. And if you do, DO NOT report issues as they were probably caused by your flash

    -Download ROM
    -Backup your apps with preferred method
    -Flash ROM
    -Aroma will guide you through your installation (If installer freezes for any reason, pull battery and start over)
    -Be sure to select any and all applications that you want installed
    -Boot system and DO NOT TOUCH FOR 10 MIN to allow caches to build and the system to fully settle
    -After the 10 min, reboot phone and enjoy the Force

    I will remember that, considering your post count, you are making the accusation here that development has discontinued or that you now have everything mastered.

    am I mistaken that your name sounds familiar due to the fact that you had what you considered, a major issue with your phone ? maybe a week or so ago?

    don't worry about me, im playing a bit. but there is allllwwwwaaaaayyyys more to explore, and this thread is hardly done.

    if you read, you know that the OP is taking a break from development for personal reasons. most likely a well deserved break. not to mention, the release of 4.3. whether there was really any major improvements or changes is a mute point. I am sure most development has stopped taken a detour to focus on that.

    whether what I have said is true or not, making a public statement such as "I think this thread is done" OR "nothing more to explore here", comes across (to me) is an ungrateful statement. it might give the impression that your thought is, that all this developers work is for nothing and why did they waste their time.

    when the fact is, all these developers do this selfless act for the enjoyment of others and because they love what they do..

    this is not a rant, just friendly advice for a person who is new to XDA. who may be unaware of the unity and love of the members for their devices, developers and their minions or loyal followers.

    stick around my friend and see what happens all around our forum, not just this thread. plenty to explore

    Ok guys new test version is going up and will be uodating the kernel to paxk up in the final. Sorry takimg so long but no half assing here. And everyone thank GT and tilt... since I dont have the device none of this would ve possible without their hard testing and dedication and late nights
