Key message
On-Device Diagnostics Tool not available in WP8 devices

Starting with the slide
Say: “You may remember the On-Device Diagnostics Tool from WP7 devices. ODDT is not supported by WP8 devices.”
Say: “Basic hardware diagnostic features are included in the Care Suite, e.g. Self tests, Audio test, Display test etc.”.

i am sorry guys. this is from official internal document of troubleshooting for care centers
