1. Download d10dc root https://www.dropbox.com/s/rhsvca9epf...icood70pro.zip
2. Enable debugging on the tablet via USB.
3. Connect to your computer and install ADB driver. (if driver fails then manually install http://u12455652.letitbit.net/downlo...river.zip.html)
4. From the folder run the file ROOT_icood70pro root.bat, consistently confirm the action by pressing any key while rebooting necessarily wait until the full load plate.
5. After the third restart Root installed.

i guess this will work on any rk3066 tablet

NOTE : DUMP YOUR ROM AFTER ROOTING AND SHARE
SO THAT
CUSTOM ROM CAN BE CREATED OR PEOPLE CAN RECOVER FROM SOFT BRICK

i didn't have wammy desire so cant test it on that
if you had stock firmware of wammy desire then you may try it

theoretical it should work on desire
as most manufacture uses same parameter

i didnt know weather icoo has released its source code or not
but i didnt thought icoo will release it
(a similar chipset source is released https://github.com/omegamoon/rockchip-rk30xx-mk808 )

icoo d70pro has rear camera and higher amp battery but got some wifi issue
on the other hand d70pro II didnt have rear camera and is bugs free

Thank you. I'll try contacting Icoo for there source. Without source there won't be much I can do but I'll try to whip something up.

adb inside d10dc root is the one I need! Where you get that? Is that an original adb (v1.0.26) or exploited?

my RK3066 got problem to use USB debugging, I can install driver successfully by just adding my USB VID and PID into android_winusb.inf but "adb devices" cannot find it. I tried adb from ADK or embedded in some app, but only using this one can find my device.

I am using Ployer Momo7 dual core

I always can use any adb in recovery mode.
but only by using your link, now I can adb using USB debugging. Thanks.

Anyway, I found that it is not easy to flash recovery for unsupported device. I want to try CWM or 4Ext Recovery but they support only most popular devices by auto detect and one click flash. I tried to find the way to suite CWM or any recovery binary into a custom devices but seems no easy or general idea + require linux machine. Some said flash will overwrite /recovery but sometimes they copy somethings to /system if I check the recovery.img source. Normally there are boot, system and data partition but where recovery binaries located is still unclear to me. I am thinking I might need to resize partition on device originally without recovery.
Are you able to flash CWM in your device? How is that possible?

yes i had flashed CWM on my device
in bootloader mode (guide is given)

the CWM i had flashed just replace the recovery ramdisk and your original kernel will be same
so you can try it
there is enough space on rk3066 (16 MB for boot and recovery so you dont need to do anything)
