Awesome rom, list of minor issues

I must firstly congratulate you on probably 1 of the best roms I have ever seen...
Secondly, as much as I like it, I could help notice a few...minor...uhm issues...
1 at times the m becomes laggy, unresponsive, sometimes when I push the power button, it has a delay on showing and putting the screen off and every now and then, when I push the power button, no response at all, I need to hold it in for the power menu to show to wake my phone.
2 not sure if a problem on my side but I can only mount internal sd card, external doesn't even show up as a possible disk to mount in windows
3 I was hoping that you could for a next Rom update change the camera a bit, I am using revolutionary hd amaze Rom and the camera app is awesome, I would really appreciate it if you could integrate certain scenes and preset scenes into it...
So far those are my only issues, battery life seems fair but maybe I do not know the correct settings and tweaks to fully optimize it, maybe someone can advise me on that, and also which Rom is most recommended and why...
But once again, thank you for your awesome Rom and you could expect a donation very soon...

Missing some of the HTC default apps
Is it possible to push some of the HTC default apps into the system and use them??
That is because this is an AOSP ROM. It doesn't have the Sense libs to make the apps work nor is it on ICS. So the short answer for your question is no.

Can you tell me if this rom has incall volume issues? Can I adjust the speaker volume when I'm in a call? Currently this is keeping me buying this phone.

It's good! but if you want a pure experience of MIUI, I recommend using this ROM
