Hello everyone, I created a toolkit for the NAND ROMs on our devices. It's an alpha build still so I need testers. I will attach the files below from the toolkit.

There should be no harm by using this toolkit, but I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POSSIBLE DAMAGE ON YOUR DEVICE!
How to use the toolkit:
- Run the file bstoolkit for it to start;
- The options in the menu are self-explainable.
- To flash a kernel you want, put it on the "kernel" folder. To flash a recovery, put it on the recovery folder.

DO NOT RENAME ANY OF THE FILES IN THE TOOLKIT OR YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO USE IT!

Since this is just a test toolkit, I have put the recovery and kernels that you all use from the Blackstone on the toolkit, so the only thing you have to do is try all options for me and if everything works, everyone will be able to use the toolkit normally. BTW, the reboot function will not work (you know why).

v1.1: http://www.mediafire.com/?a4d06hrr6y1uaa6

v1.0: http://www.mediafire.com/?rr47i1qb3yrqcre

Changelog:
v1.1:
-Bugs fixed, should be functional now.

v1.0:
- Initial release.

GOOD LUCK!

Hi Mfsr98,

Let's try!

I copy IceBread-NAND-V0.2.zip and BLACIMG.NBH to SD-card
I task29 the device.
I installed the Blacimg.nbh from the device
I run the Multitool

I choose 3 (what is bootani?) but no progress.

I run in a CMD box: fastboot flash recovery recovery/recovery.img
one step further

I choose 4 (what is bootani?) but no progress

I run in a CMD box: adb reboot fastboot
one step further

After reset I could install NANDROID.

Maybe some screenshots would help. Bootani was the supposed boot anim changer, some code must be left there.
The command is exactly the same, I don't know why that happens...

1.1: You only changed the comments. No change in the command lines. What is now different to test? The files where already in the right place.

I think the following line
fastboot flash boot boot.img
must be
fastboot flash boot kernel/boot.img

I'll try.

Haha cool Lothean, so I see you have a N4, how's that going? :) I have a GNex so it's the same experience :D (of course your phone has better specs but all ROMs are AOSP :)

    With good work! Ha.

N4 is ace. Love it. Best phone I've used so far. My Evo3D has replaced my Blackstone as my work mobile sadly!
