"Using path: /dev/tmp/su/xbin"

So delete /data/su.img and /cache/su.img then it'll work fine. It's what you get for switching root solutions without cleaning up the old one properly first.

Yes Sir - you are absolutely right. This did the trick!
I admit I was messy (well, I didn't know that swapping from SU to Magisk I would have to delete this manually ...)
Thanks again for your help - very much appreciated!

Welllll here's a FlashIt update so there must be an AIK release coming soon.

Just writing myself a formal regression tester to use with my boot-img-collection first.

I work on these projects in my limited time off, so if you like the progress I'm making, or enjoy anything else I've done on xda, please consider sponsoring my ongoing work using my GitHub Sponsors profile. For a one-time donation you can hit the donate link from my profile. Thanks for your support!

999-flashafterupdate.sh:
- add logical partition block mapper rw support

UPDATE-FlashIt.Installer.v3.7-signed.zip:
- fix truncated recovery.log with redirected Recovery Zip output
- rewrite installer using new unified backend/core with config
- update busybox binary (1.31.1) with the latest patches and fixes from my repo
- use FlashIt busybox for Recovery Zip when possible to keep expected behavior
- allow Recovery Zip into FLASHAFTERUPDATEV2 whitelist since that could possibly be handy for some

Happy hacking!

Busybox_for_Android_NDK-1.31.1(13114).zip fails to install
I have a Galaxy A51 (SM-A515F) ONE UI 2.0 rooted with Magisk, I've tried to download and install the package directly from Magisk but the installation fails, it seems due to make_ext4fs.

You need to clean up your Magisk installation, it's still got magisk.img and/or magisk_merge.img, probably in /data or /cache. Go delete them then try again.
