As you can see know cute_prince has started a new thread for his new build of CM10 ,this thread for all discussions & off-topics.So please share your experience with the ROM and of course you ideas.

Please, do not post non dev posts on the developer thread.

WHAT WORKS

- Bluetooth
- Camera
-Video Recording
- GPS
- RIL
- Audio
- Hardware Acceleration
- SD Card
- USB Mass Storage
- Capacitive Buttons
- WiFi(solk2 made a fix for this. Thank you very much. Go and press thanks on his posts because this man deserve it.)
-multi-touch

WHAT DOESN'T WORK
- Everything works for daily use.

Link to the dev thread----->here

BEFORE INSTALLING THE ROM READ THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
  • Do a FULL WIPE first. Full Wipe means format /system, /data, /cache.
  • Now flash ROM and then GAPPS through recovery.
  • After flashing, do NOT reboot phone. Instead POWER OFF the device and boot to bootloader.
  • Extract the boot.img from rom and flash it using fastboot flash boot boot.img command.
  • Reboot.

Man i am looking forward to cm10. I used to have cm7 on my HTC legend before it broke down :banghead:

Does cm10 has the same neat little features as cm7? Like skipping songs with volume buttons and do they already work in this build?

Btw, why is WiFi so hard to fix? Just asking as I don't know how it works exactly... Xp

Wi-Fi is hard to fix because the source code for it is nowhere to be found, therefore compiling a kernel cannot be fully completed.
It can be done excluding the Wi-Fi causing it to get errors. You can read about it in the threads in the Desire C forums.
Ex. (Operation "ath6kl_sdio.ko")

Gestures in music app and the nice little performance tweaks (in cm7, there were a lot of stuff to tweak).

Wifi driver
How did they compile kernel for Blade III? I see it uses the same WiFi chip, and it has a full working CM. I saw on the dev thread that there were no success in getting the WiFi to work...
