I can confirm that the update does NOT touch the S-OFF status.

Just updated to 4.3 on Dev Edition S-OFF remained.

What version bootloader did you have and were you rooted prior to the update?

Here is what I did:
64 gb Developer Edition

Had the full conversion to GE 4.3 ran for a few weeks.

When I heard update was coming for sense, I ran the RUU from the HTC site.
So before update on sense to 4.3 I was S-OFF, Stock, Hboot 1.44, unlocked, super CID

After Sense 4.3 update currently: S-OFF, Stock, Hboot 1.55, unlocked, Super CID

Running perfectly.

CC999, Thanks for your reply. Just to make sure I have this right, you retained your unlocked and Super CID status prior to flashing the RUU. Did you use the 1540,17 zip or the exe version of the RUU?

What do you currently have on your phone? One note - coming from GE to flash the stock Sense RUU I had to
put back the original 1.44 hboot.

CC, sorry I missed your question. I have Developer Edition 64GB, Rooted, Unlocked, S-Off, Super CID, Running ARHD 13.4, using 2.24.401.8, and Hboot 1.5.4.

I was under the notion that you could not be rooted nor Super CID in order to successfully run the RUU. I also thought that the Developer Edition had several flavors of RUU:

RUU_M7_UL_JB_50_BrighstarUS_WWE_129.1540.16.exe

RUU_M7_UL_JB_50_BrighstarUS_WWE_129.1540.3.exe

PNO7MG_7_UL_JB_50_BrightstarUS_WWE_129.1540.16.zip

PNO7MG_7_UL_JB_50_BrightstarUS_WWE_129.1540.3.zip

Which is the best RUU to use?

Does anyone know what the differences are between 4.2.2 and 4.3? I feel like 4.2.2 is fine and I'm not feeling the itch to convert to DE just to get the 4.3 update (I actually have the DE but converted to Int'l version to get 4.2.2). But I want to be sure I'm not missing out on something cool!

I've heard there are enhancements to Zoe and Highlights but that's all I've heard.
