Long time !! lol , well i have a feedback about the missing the CRT , well i figured how to make it work lol !! sorry its just a minor bug /: !! busy with exams so :C
Anyhow, here for the people who don't have CRT in JB , well you have to do two things only :
1. Go to Development Options>Drawing Section>Then make window animation scale 1x instead of 0.5x ( Recommended by scritch for faster window animation )
2.You have to leave Auto-Rotation so you can me the Power Button make a CRT animation , if you don't want it , then you only see CRT when the phone goes to sleep for leaving it ( 1min in my phone , check settings>display ) it will do CRT by it self
