Always wipe data first if coming from a different ROM.
Format /system partition
Install ROM, then Gapps, fixes and/or mods and/or alternate kernel, wipe cache & dalvik, and reboot

Paranoid gapps contain more Google apps (like Books, Earth, Ears, Maps, Music, Wallet, YouTube, etc.), and may have been optimized to work with PA's features.. but, I've been using the standard CM gapps with no problems on my Atrix2.

Correct, a cm source based kernel is included.
And, I just updated the OP. I think it's only been tested with BMM. I don't own a RAZR, so no idea about Safestrap, but should be ok on Slot1.

I have a lot of screenshots, but.. why? This is Paranoid Android. Check out their Google+ page for a lot of user screenshots and feature lists/official changelogs.
But, request noted.. Maybe I will add some of that to the OP eventually.

İ have a lot of bugs. Gallery camera torch force closes. When i screen off i cant wake up. İ have to make a soft reset. Cm file manager cant access to external sd card.

Nope. Everything working. Camera, play store. Fixed screen shaking with the option Disable HW overlay under developer options.

Did you install the gapps?
And check your md5 sum of your download - a few people grabbed the new version before it was fully uploaded.

Also, a note for people - dirty flashing over and over can leave you with bugs...

I did clean install and than install full gapps ( paranoid gapps ). now i will try again clean install and standart gapps. than İ will report again.

edit: ok. now everything working now except apollo. I think may be problem is full gapps or invalid download ?

Apollo works fine for me after a few standard cache wipes and permission fixes. Everything works. What is reallly nice for razr users is the big jump in battery life for a non stock rom. I've only seen this in carbon out of all the other non stock roms. the bad- that stupid tiny circle widget. Alteredlikeness; is there any way for you to add a bigger more readable battery widget? Thanks for introducing this to the razr!
I use the Jbx 7-7 set at pegasusq and sioplus to put the phone into deeper sleep when screen is off and 200000 min as the only changes.

I'm impressed with this ROM. Thanks for the hard work.

I can't, however, figure out how to return to the pull down status bar at the top instead of just the pie. I've done it once in messing about with it but now have no idea how I returned to it.

HDMI and webtop don't work. PrivacyGuard as well which is really disappointing to me since this was the only reason I installed this ROM. I set up my phone, erased my Google contacts, enabled privacy guard and installed Whatsapp. Then a reboot, disable privacy guard to activate whatsapp, reboot, enable privacy guard, reboot, restore contacts. After I restored my contacts whatsapp has access to them. To me this looks like privacy guard does not work correctly. I also tried an OpenPdroid patch but it didn't seem to work since Pdroid Manager didn't find it.

Figured out the Pie/full screen issue I had.

Main problem now and not insignificant to me is that I can't get Bluetooth radio to turn on. Any ideas on why this may be or how to fix?
