Just wondering if anybody else has tried this. I've got my Chromecast connected to an HDMI to Composite converter box in order to stream Google Play Music through an old audio receiver. The video out goes to an old monitor. It works at first, but if I try switching apps it causes the Chromecast to reboot. I assume this due to some kind of feedback from the HDMI converter, as the Chromecast works fine connected to a newer receiver with an HDMI port. Anyone tried anything similar, or have any advice? I haven't tried since the OTA, but I'm thinking I may do a factory reset and give it another go just to see what happens.
