Although the Autopatcher OP has information about having the only mod for 4.3 as OpenPDroid , when I clicked manual patching at Apg, tabletUI/4.3/cm was listed so I went on and created a flashable zip and it worked and I haven't experienced any errors or crashes so far.
Just make sure you have booted into your OS once and gone through the setup menu of Google apps. Then flash the attached zip(making sure the date matches) or you can create you own by using Autopatcher (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1719408).
It's pretty easy to create you own TabletUI zip. Go to this thread Click here!. Download ApG.22.214.171.124.exe only. Copy it somewhere on you disk but don't put it in the drive where windows is installed.(problems are reported) So you may copy it it you D or E Drive. When you open it, it will download a couple of files weighing around 200 Mb in total. After all this is completed just browse for the rom, select TabletUI and cm in ROM type. Click on start and after sometime you're good to go!
If any problem arises or if you don't like your TabletUI just flash the "restore" zip.
You have to reflash the new update for every new nighlies.
