no. it depends on how you use the phone in my opinion. C6903 may have LTE radios, but you can turn them off by selecting WDMA/GSM in the options or GSM only. that way, LTE radio is not active, therefore having the same battery life. Also, i don't know if LTE eats more battery than HSDPA. never tried it. never will. lol.
P.S. I have C6903
The main difference between them is C6903 is LTE and could support 4G, but C6902 is +HSPA and just can support till 3G
But C6902 has more 3G antennas than C6903, and so it will be better if you wanna use 3G sim in the best way and best antenna signals

If you mean Writing Language, all Roms have the same languages for writing, and there's no difference between Roms in this case
But if you mean the Phone and Menus language, you can search how to add Arabic language to your phone
I saw something like this that did not need Root, but it was for Farsi language
Search Arabic "adding Arabic to Z1"
If there was no good title, search English

P.S. I have C69031I think the kernels or some components of the rom do have some small differences because you have to flash something extra on the c6902 to get custom roms to work on it.But the hardware is identical except for a different baseband modem(for LTE).1
