Fixed!

For now use this workaround:

Open /system/etc/system_fonts.xml and change

Code:
<family>
        <nameset>
            <name>sans-serif-light</name>
        </nameset>
        <fileset>
            <file>Roboto-Light.ttf</file>
            <file>Roboto-LightItalic.ttf</file>
        </fileset>
    </family>
to
Code:
<family>
        <nameset>
            <name>sans-serif-light</name>
        </nameset>
        <fileset>
            <file>Roboto-Regular.ttf</file>
            <file>Roboto-Italic.ttf</file>
        </fileset>
    </family>

1. During the installation, all the removable apps are selected except the Samsung Hub. The rotation works.
2. /system/app/SamsungHub.apk deleted and reboot. Rotation still works.
3. /system/app/SamsungHubUpdater_fHD.apk deleted and reboot. Rotation still works.
4. /system/lib/libgnustl_shared.so deleted and reboot. Rotation doesn't work anymore.

So at least the file /system/lib/libgnustl_shared.so is related to the rotation, maybe in the next update it could be kept away from Samsung Hub removal. Since I am not a developer at all, sorry I can't find out the details. If possible someone else might test it as well.

what is the name off this app in Titanum Backup witch causes the Rotations issue

It's a Samsung Hub library. If you remove libgnustl_shared.so the rotation stop working.

Strange, i tested reboot whit adb shell and adaway and it works fine. The reboot command is the same for all apps.
