1a. Make sure you're on the latest 4.3 TWRP 184.108.40.206 1b. Make sure you are on a JB radio UCMC1 or UXUMA7 2. Make a backup 3. Do a full wipe -- Cache, Dalvik Cache, Factory Reset, System -- 4. Flash Rom 5. Flash 4.3 Gapps 6. Reboot 7. Let phone sit for 10mins 8. Reboot -- Have fun!!
