Data Roaming not working
I am getting a Data Roaming icon in quick setting but it is not activated when clicked. I had the same same issue with the stock rom but the 4.3 Bad Boyz with Sense 5.5 sorted this out.
Now the Data Roaming has stopped again on the 4.4.2 Sense 6 BB Rom.
I am travelling now so can not do a full wipe as I am not carrying the Spint SIM. Can I do something to get the data roam up and running?
Can someone help me?

That was the issue. I am not getting those settings.
But it is working now. I changed the SKU_ID from 10 to 42 in default.xml
1) Navigate to /System/Customize/ACC.
2) Open the default.xml and scroll down to the bottom
3) Somewhere near the bottom, you will see SKU_ID and 10
4) Change the 10 to 42 and save the file somewhere else. Probably SD Card (In case you are unable to save it there)
5) Boot into recovery, mount system and then copy the changed file and paste it at /System/Customize/ACC
6) Restart and bam! Data Roaming will start working

I'm currently using stock lollipop build with s-on , can i downgrade to this ROM ? the mobile radio bug and wifi drain in lollipop ROM is frustrating
Should be able too. You're not flashing firmware, just Rom. I've done it, but I'm s-off.
Radio I can understand. The M9 as a device sucks on radio. WiFi drain, I don't see that. Unplugged device 14 hours ago, and I'm still at 60% battery.

Install Instructions
Download and rename to firmware.zip and place in your fastboot folder
Reboot phone and put it fastboot usb mode and open a command prompt from your fastboot folder
and type these cmd's

I do realize this belongs in Q&A however I noticed both of you posting quite frequently in this thread.
Have you or anyone had any luck successfully decompiling and recompiling com.htc.resources.apk
I have been able to do many others, including SystemUI.apk, but com.htc.resources.apk breaks every time.
Searched google and came up empty other than various threads stating to use a different form of apktool (including 2.0b7). Basically throwing the multiple resource config error. Tried keeping broken resources as before and deleting the ERR folders, however, that doesn't seem to work.
All I really am aiming to do is change icons; no xml editing or anything (at the moment anyways ) . But, it zips just replacing icons as with EVERY other apk, doesn't seem to work with com.htc.resources.apk.
TL;DR: Any luck replacing icons/images in the com.htc.resources.apk without breaking Sense?

you have to use apktool 1.5.2, decompile framework-res, the compile...use that compiled framework-res to "if", then repeat that process using resources
Does anyone know how to get around the self activation on a NON - active phone? And yes I understand if I wait it will stop but it comes up every time I reboot the phone and thats what I want to stop. Thanks for the help
