It was already posted here in XDA.
BTW to get effect working (on 9505) simply put the modded Secsetting and set particle effect in lockscreen settings.after that you can restore your previous Secsetting.

This is for Korean Galaxy S4 SKT (E300S) model
Not i9505 and your link is for Korean Galaxy S4 LTE-A Not same

i9500 = Korean Galaxy S4
i9506 = Korean Galaxy S4 LTE-A

I made it work for my GT- i9505 as an Experiment , But it wont work with other device. maybe some?!? and of course credit goes to blacky

It is operated if it is the Device like the kitkat os.

Yes,I can.

but, cannot make too many for each firmware
