SlimCM is a KitKat rom based on CyanogenMod. The idea of this rom is it to provide CyanogenMod for user who are looking for a very powerful and fast rom. It's fully debloated and has been tweaked to deliver you the best performance, battery- and ramusage. If you are looking for a rom with a lot of tools and customizations then you have been mislead. This rom is then nothing for you!

Warnings:

This rom is still in development and it may not be as bugfree as it should be. Just make sure to report any bugs, so I can try to find a fix for it. XDA-Forum, ADC-Team and I are not responsible for any damages! Flash it at your own risk!

Please flash TWRP v2.7.1.0 before flashing this rom! Older and other recoveries ain't work. Since R5 has changes in selinux-support, you have to use the newest TWRP recovery to flash successfully.

Make sure to UNTICK KSM in Settings → Performance → Memory Managment → KSM before flashing the newest release of this rom!

Rom:

SlimCM is a custom rom with CyanogenMod as a base rom. The difference between SlimCM and CyanogenMod is that SlimCM is much smaller but still has all features of CyanogenMod. It's fully debloated and optimized for our device. You can enjoy the full CyanogenMod experience with a better performance, battery- and ramusage! This rom is for everyone who is looking for a small, smooth and fast rom! It's specially intended for gamers.

What does work:
Everything what does also work on CM11

Not working:
SD swap

Features:

*Size: ~142MB
*takes around 100MB less than CyanogenMod in /system partition
*custom Bootanimation
*framework-res.apk optimized for our device
*not usable apps for ariesve removed
*debloated
*system apps tweaked to provide us more free space
*custom drivers
*replaced with smaller alternative apps
*better performance, battery- and ramusage
*camera2.apk, gallery2.apk, dspmanager.apk by slimroms

When you say that is 60mb smaller, is compared with CM11 or CM11 by ADC-team?

Thanks in advance

Lightbulb Slim gapps
Good idea - it maybe be useful to provide some links to "SLIM-Gapps" - like PA-Gapps micro modular or YourzGapps XS

To keep the ROM slim...

Cheers

Problem
Dear Sir, I've try to flash a ROM according to instruction. Do a full wipe. Flash first TWRP 2.7.0.0, flash ROM, GA, wipe again Cache/Dalvik, but when reboot a system, a logo of KK appear 0 4 circles, and after that it give me the error:

"Unfortunatelly, the AOSP keyboard has stopped"

and after pressing an arrow on the right corner - Setup Wizard has been stoped.

I've try to flash other ROM - [GT-I9001][ROM][ION][KK][4.4.2][KVT49L] CyanogenMod 11.0 by ADC-Team - Release 6 (ION) - no problem.

Can you tell me am I able to solve the situation? And how to do it? I just like to try Thank you in advance and for your work.
With best regards.
