Hello everyone,

It is released by Chinese Developer and thank to Mr. @piaoxue99 . This ROM is ported out the official LG Android Marshmallow for LG G3 D850, 851, 855, 856, 857, 858HK and Vs985, ls990 versions from Official D855 Poland.

Everything is WORKING.
First for all!

1. Make nandroid backup over TWRP
2. Make backup of everything(conact list, SMS, Photos, Music and etc)

Your are responsible if anything goes wrong during the flashing

Android Version: 6.0 (v30b)

*not Working*
1) Network and Sim changing issues on LG G3 D856
2) Android Gear not working, need someone to help me to fix this

PLEASE USE THE SECURITY PATCH for fixing wifi and network issues (only for D856/857/858HK)

You must have the following to flash this Marshmallow ROM

TWRP (latest)
superuser (latest)

Steps to follow:

1) Make Nandroid Backup
2) Wipe System (Dalvik and Factory reset)
3) Flash the Android Marshmallow ROM

for LG G3 D856/7/8hk
4) Flash Patch V1 (only for D856/857/858HK)

furthermore....

5) Gapps Included so no need to install or download any
6) reboot and enjoy!

TWRP v3.0.0.0 for D856/7/8HK

LG Smart World App ( as per request of multiple users )

SuperSU (SuperUser for Root ) must Flash it

If you want stock Android MarshMallow Dialer ( Vanilla Android Dialer ) follow the following steps:

Guys, Here is a flashable google dialer version 2.3.12. I have tested it on ported stock rom. Here are the steps:


1. Reboot to Recovery
2. Backup (Recommended)
3. Flash Dialer
4. Reboot
5. Dialer will appear in launcher

You can also set it as default dialer by following these steps:

1. Goto Settings --> General --> Apps
2. Tap the 3 dots on top right and select "Configure Apps"
3. Select Default Apps
4. Change the default dialer under "Phone App" setting.

All credit goes to the original authors/developers!!

    it's a zip file patch for dual sim users to flash d855 stock 6.0 rom

    open any d855 stock 6.0 rom .

    delete no use images such as aboot modem,tz,rpm and so on，just left system.img ，that's enough

    flash it and dont reboot ,flash patch ,choose your model. (856 uses can choose 857,858,858hk.)just enjoy

    if you don't need cn's prop

    just edit build.prop ,replace cn to com.

    kingroot mybe faild . it doesnt matter, retry again and again ,it works

    don't reboot your phone , use AutoRecMMD858hk. after that, root works well,otherwise you will lost root . selinux problem. not kingroot


    but if you flash twrp like this .you can't read sim card contacts.

    mm modem did't working on kk's bl (aboot)

    sbl1 contains aboot crc, we need to modify it.
    after that
    use
    lollipop's aboot
    lollipop's laf
    mm' s modified sbl1,dbi modem then you can read sim card contacts .

    Hi @macdaddyau,

    Try a lower version of TWRP. As an example (based on experience) on my D858HK, I can only flash Carbon ROM or CM12.1 on version 2.8.5.1. If I try with a higher version such as 2.8.6.0, the install fails. Not a guarantee, just give it a try.

    Hi @zimmerAndy,

    Try wiping cache, Dalvik, and System before flashing. Also my ROM (stock D858HK) is a fresh install, before flashing this Marshmallow ROM. Maybe some other factors are affecting it like Xposed, etc.

    EDIT: strange, you mentioned Fastboot. I might be mistaken, but LG G3 doesn't go to Fastboot...only Download Mode (unless you modded it to remove thr Download mode a.k.a. the LAF partition/image, upon which it will fall to Fastboot). Again I'm sp3aking as a D858HK owner. Just putting it there on the table as a possible area to look for causes of the issue you are experiencing.

    EDIT 2: alternatively, there is a pre-made flashable Marshmallow ROM for your D855:http://xdaforums.com/lg-g3/development/stock-d855-30b-images-kdz-flashables-t3282012. Sorry for the shameless plug.
