Install the theme, apply it and REBOOT.

it's the location mode,
simply enable location and go to location settings, and you'll find the options between High Accuracy and Battery saving...etc.

@niaboc79 the theme it's really awesome !! But the battery icon doesn't change for me. i'm using SliMM Rom on Z3 Compact.

For the battery you need xposed.
