turn of your pda by holding long time power on/off until a message comes and ask you "turning of?" (i write the short version).
than try bootlader-modus by 1. press volume down and hold 2. press power on/off and hold.
dont shocking by vibration - hold both buttons until bootloader comes.
your pda is quite normal?
than you dont need make finger-gym. open X1_HardSPL.exe and wait two or three seconds. it extracts some files. one of this is "EnterBootloader.exe"
copy this with usb/activesync or flashcard to root of your pda. go with fileexplorer (pda) to root and klicki-micki and you straight fly to bootloader-mode.
TBH you don't need to hardspl to get to the tri-color bootscreen, just to flash with custom roms.
And if nothing works, remove and reinsert the battery then hold power+volume-down key until it vibrates and let them go when the screen shows up.
try taking the battery out first, then putting the battery back in. make sure that the phone is NOT connected via usb cable, or else it will automatically turn back on.
then use the power and lower volume key to enter bootloader mode.
