Setenza,

Im still fairly new to rooting and have had great success with all the tutorials and guides on various sites.

Just wondering what the difference between this rom and jachero 1.7r2 ? I figured Id ask you as you created/posted them ! jachero1.7r2 works amazing with 64mb swap and 60 swappiness, so what benefit is there in switching to drizzys v1.2r1.

also, most hero roms give me the blurry screen, but not jachero 1.7r2. Do you think this drizzy will be nice and clear on my mytouch ? are these two roms based on the same kernel ?

The Drizzy rom is not optimized for the moment, wait for the next version, probably with new bfs kernel and some optimization.

Will do..

also I think I jinxed myself when I typed that last message.. I just got the htc/loading screen again.. Apparantly I ONLY get it when exiting the browser.

Any ideas why ? should I adjust my swap, which is at 64mb, or swappiness, which is at 60.

thanks again !!

I don't use jachero 1.7r2 but i read some post that say the same thing with the browser on close. I don't have the solution, try ZeroXD 5.1r2 on dream forum that's a merge for 32b and Dream. They works really good.

Or wait for new rom Jachero 1.8 with bfs or Drizzy with bfs

has this rom corrected the issue where the screen brightness won't stay when changed by an app such as Power Manager? Every Hero rom i've used has had this issue. An app would try and change the brightness and it would just go back to what it was set to before. And yes I've disabled the auto backlight in the settings.
