Backup ROM\Telephone

Hi.
i'm wonder how to made full ROM backup?, and i have few questions about that:

- are my backup ROM will have all custom software added me by my operator(soft which is installed automatically after hard reset)?

- do i lose my warranty after I flash my phone with some other ROM?

Yes of course but if you replace the factory's ROM, it's ok
