What is the most stable rom with litle bugs????? I loved captain special rom! But not tried others....

I'm using the most current Energy Phoenix 2 Rom and out of all other Roms Ive tried I like the way this one performs. Its fast, stable and well nice to look at!!!
One important factor here is the costumer service, if you go into the Phoenix 2 Thread there's like 15,000 replies and over 2,000,000 views...The people using this Rom are always finding ways to improve it, they have solutions to most of the problems, and the feedback from the chef (NRG) is always there. At the end of the day, Its what Rom works best for you.....

How do i backup my existing rom ?because i want to try another rom, and there are so many apps installed at my existing rom.So if the rom that i try don't fit my need, i want to restore my original rom without installing the apps from the beginning
