hope i wrote this correctly

Complete Eclair v2.2.1
24mb compcache no swap enabled

then this would start happening on 0610 due to NORMALISED SLEEPER being disabled. i did this due to the fix being implemented in the framework. dont think enabling network stats would cause this (0614). can u confirm?

This issue has been happening since your 0610 kernel in my experience.

While looking at the vogue forum, I found a thread about GPU overclocking : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=697673 the changes made to the kernel to enable this are the following: http://git.linuxtogo.org/?p=groups/m...49a3e364a3bdb0

Unfortunately I am no programmer and I do not see how to incorporate this code in to kernel sources for MSM7xxxA processors, though it should probably work because the gpus of A and non-A processors are pretty much the same, so if a kernel dev. could try to integrate this patch, that would be awesome.

I went back to the 6/8 kernel and can confirm the audio problem is not in the 6/8. What ever change caused it was after that.

How can we boost app launch time when the memory is full? I know in order to do this ram/swap must be freed, but im wondering if we can hack that a bit
