From what I have seen in other roms improves performance,
I'm not one for all these bench tests though, a 1Ghz Phone is damn fast to start (thinks back to his Nokia 6600
)As far as I know it can be used in other roms too, probably best to ask Neophyte.

Modinstalllocation has been removed from the Rom it's self, but you will still have it if you didn't wipe.
You should be able to un-install it via application manager though.
Yes the circled battery meter is not working; mine stayed at 100 after a full recharge but did not drop with 30 mins of usage. I have installed the Sense notification bar to get back the battery indicator. Also, I'm from Singapore, and the APN is missing. In any case, this is a very nice, fast and stable ROM. Thanks.
Think I have a bug...
Circle Battery Mod is not moving down in 1% increments.
BattStatt is showing 90% for me, yet status bar is still 100%
Will look into that asap.
My battery is on 40% and showing 3 bars that looks about right to me, I only installed the r0.06 and the a2sd+
