It can't change anything when it fails, so nothing happens it does generate the scripts etc but if it fails it simply seems not to do anything at all

Edit: new version works on tattoo as well (or at least seems to, visit the site if you can test & confirm. )

Works great with Milestone 2.0.1, but can't make a nandroid backup, as when the phone restarts, i don't have the root access anymore :/
I have to re-root after each boot of my phone!

Yes it does. But rooting itself does not wipe your phone
