This is Pays Desire HD ROM with Sense based on the MCR.
I added my framework and included a lot of modifications + tweaks.
All optimized to improve the performance of your DesireHD!

READ THE STEP BY STEP GUIDE IF YOU ARE NEW TO THIS!

What you get:
-Android 2.2 Froyo based on 2.09.x.x (FRF91)
-Superuser access (ROOT)
-New colorfull icons and smileys
-Adblocking hosts preinstalled
-Tweaks
-SpareParts
-Google phone/contacs (skin by mythamp)
-Full De-odexed
-Jbed Java
-My HTC Bootscreen but without the terrible sound
-Genie Widget
-Some sounds of my magic time
-Busybox
-Sense widgets
-Adobe Flash
-And what I forgot


Removed (available as addon package):
-Stocks
-Facebook app but not widget support
-Amazon MP3
-EReader
-Quickoffice
-Teeter
-Twitter app but not widget support

Before installing:
-You need ROOT access to flash this ROM.

-Put your Desire in Recovery Mode (I recommend the clockwork mod test Pauls recovery image)

-Fully wipe Data and Cache / wipe Dalvik-cache / wipe battery

-Flash latest ROM from SD Card and if you like it buy me a cold beer

Wow thanks. Looks like I'll be back to flashing a new rom every couple of weeks soon

Is htc locations still included in this rom? Not so worried about the widget but the voice guided navigation is one of the reasons I have this phone.

Pay thank's for your good work. Will be included in your Addon Pack "Locations"? I like your ROM, I've used it on my Desire, too.
A "cold beer" is already on the way
sorry for my english, but I think my german is mutch better

I would love to try this but ain't a clue how to do it. Still find it slightly confusing. Does any1 no of a guide on YouTube maybe? Also wanted to try a kernal as well but not sure about that and I don't wanna brick me phone. As soon as Im 100% ill def give this ROM a try.

I just got my Desire yesterday and I just removed apps and included some tweaks + my framwork. This was a overnight work, just to get things started and get rid of some "crap".

Of course there will be screenshots, soon

I removed it because it was just a trial version..
I will provide a seperate package in future, I prefer google atm.

If you are happy you don't need to flash it everytime.
But at the next days and weeks I want to optimize the ROM alot so I think it would be worth to try it

EDIT:

could you make a patch to include advanced power menu?
if I choose power off, and restart by holding volume down, it just wakes up. Previously with RaiderX's ROM it went into bootloader

I tried to install Removed apps, but got an error E: can't chown/mod/system/etc/bluez (No such file or directory)

If i flash this rom, is it possible to flash back to a stock rom later?

And will the root be gone?

Yes you can either download a custom rom which is actually a near stock rom (such as modaco r1) or you can flash the ruu update which will return your phone to a factory new state (including restoring factory recovery and hboot). By the first method you will still be able to have root, the second option will obviously require you to re root.

But is there is nordic stock rom to download anywhere? I live in Sweden.

The WWE ruu´s dont have swedish language.
