You got that working exactly because of that.

I've posted something like that a few weeks back but.

I'm using a moded version of kernel for about a week without any issues beside the fact i ain't got recovery access through power button and Bluetooth (did you check this?)

Cheers

I use FXP-kernel and have no data bug.

yes I know but I don't think its kernel related, I had the bug from the beginning but then it all of sudden disappeared.

Thanks

Sent from my X10i using xda premium

I've been using this rom for few hours without issues.

I have recovery access through power button.

However, the video playback doesn't work correctly : laggs ... images and sounds freeze..

Concerning bluetooth i don't have a device to test with. Turning on is ok but doesn't mean it works.

I tried searching for this but forum search is somewhat lacking...

Does anyone have a CWM recovery image that can be flashed using shell command (ie flash_image recovery /sdcard/recovery.img).

I wanted to try using rom update in CWM but it is not enabled until you flash a recovery image with CWM. In the past I have flashed a wrong image via CWM and then use flash_image to install the correct one over it. CWM will still show what it had flashed and all the features work.

Anyway just wanted to see if anyone had created an image file.

Maybe this weekend I Google how to do it myself...

I guess the other question would be - is there another phone model I could select that gives an equivalent recovery image in CWM?

Is there anything specific to X10i in any of this custom firmware? Or should it work equally well on an X10a? I did start with the official Gingerbread update, which should have flashed my baseband to the appropriate version.
